cuisine coupled with a warm and friendly
environment and excellent service.
Abol means in Ethiopian original,
first and Authentic. That is why this name
was chosen was carefully to match the function.
Ethiopia is a fascinating place. It is a
land with culinary delicacies as complex
and rich as its culture. Which has a big
recognition around the world lately? In
the past only having Ethiopian restaurant
around was satisfactory now there is a growing
demand having the food ,service and convenience.
In recognition this demands the Idea Abol
Ethiopian Cuisine was convinced three years
ago and with detailed research and preparedness
it has become real in November 1 st. 2007.
One of the challenges of making Abol Cuisine
real was finding convenient location . The
location we are now is right in Downtown
Silver Spring at the intersection of Collsville
and Fenton . In front of Silver Spring Mall
or American Silver Theater. We have planty
of parking at the back of our Restaurant
which has entrance either from Georgia avenue
side or Fenton street Side (Click to see
Map) . Parking is free after 6:00 P.M.
As Abol Ethiopian Cuisine is commitment
to service our research shows many people
passing silver Spring to Northern part Montgomery
county place their order by phone and by
e-mail and pick -up their meal on their
way home.
Abol Ethiopian Cuisine is owned by Birtukan
and Belete a husband and wife and their
four years old sun Amanuel . Since they
moved from Ethiopia to the US they have
been living in Montgomery County in Silver
Spring. They believe Silver Spring is the
most livable City in Metro Washington area.
